  Pretty much your basic Starbucks. This one is attached to the lobby of the Ramada Hotel in PG. It has a nice little fireplace, and a nice view of George St.

  I go in almost every day before work and theybe always been very warm when i go in. But they took my order wrong and i didn't notice til i got to work so i called the store just to let them know and they immediately said we'll replace it for you but i didn't have time to get back and forth before i started so they said they'd hold it til i wanted it. I went in today and they knew immediately what i was talking about. Great communication and customer service to do that.

  Very poor service from Amanda, she didn't listen to me or my brother, but she was happy and listened very intently to the lady behind us. Poor service. She was even making faces at us whenever we spoke. Not at all impressed with the service for her. The barista who made our drinks though seemed nice.
