Really expensive 3 for a small coffee

Need to be more organized- or maybe stop prioritizing white people over non white people? On several different occasions I have been left standing and waiting for my forgotten or put aside order while people even behind me have been served. Last time being this morning, I waited 10 minutes in drive through starring at my ready drink while the barista was lost in conversation with an inside customer, disappointed.
