  i took three silk shirts in to be cleaned two of them came back with stains that where not there when i took them in ,looks like dry cleaning fluid, i was not told when i picked them up so they did not get noticed until i went to put one on for dinner when i phoned to complain i was told they where stains they could not get out one of the shirts was hand made kona not replaceable i was able to get most of the stains out by using an enzyme type cleaner and some gentle scrubbing not impressed would not reccomend this cleaner .

  Took a winter coat for dry cleaning. Used a coupon for 20 ℅ off. Came out to $33 and the it was a horrible job. Pathetic place and very poor customer service. A company that is monopolising drycleaning in P.G. and leaving more people than me unsatisfied Go to Western Cleaners !!
