  The menu is not your typical "burgers and fries" cafe style. The owner has a passion for providing nutritious and local foods in the form of soups, dense and regular salads. You can order a local beef burger or a vegan dish. It is a great place to go if you are with others with a variety of dietary concerns or preferences. The service is usually good but occasionally you might have to wait a while. The cafe is a breakfast and lunch outfit only. They are not open on the weekends except for catering. Overall, this place is a step in the right direction toward more local and nutritious food even though the hours of operation make it difficult to enjoy it if you are not close to downtown during the week.

  I enjoyed a nicely prepared breakfast. There is room at the back part of the restaurant for a business lunch or breakfast meeting that can seat around 15 people. Service was good and the prices were reasonable.

  Neat little diner and cafe. Excellent desserts, and all for an affordable price.
