  The shoddy workmanship is unparallelled by any other company. They will not own their mistakes or screw up's. Now they won't even return emails. They had my camper for 8 months then took another 7 months to fix crappie work. Everything I look at it I find more wrong with it.

  Sales, service and parts department is great. But maybe it's time to let a few people go for "late retirement". I'm sure they were great when airstreams were first coming out. Service department does great work. Only issue...if I drop my trailer off clean to get repair. I should pick it up clean and repaired. I shouldn't have spend 4 hrs cleaning when I get it back home
