  Very rude, generally refuse to give any advice at all concerning a problem with your equipment. "drop it off and expect to pay $2500+" is about all you can get out of them. Their parts prices are also way out of line. Luckily there are a couple auto parts stores in PG that are able to source tune up parts, starters, etc at reasonable (60-70% lower) prices. I cant believe these guys stay in business!

  recently I had my 2370 Kubota picked up for a hydraulic problem. During this process the driver who picked the tractor up kept me informed as to where he was and when he would arrive. I was informed that the blower would be disconnected and left at my home. Upon arrival the Huber employee was able to get the hydraulics working enough to load the blower with the tractor. I was immediately called and informed that I was not to be concerned if I got home and saw no blower as he had it with him. Shortly after that I received a call from Steve the service manager that I had installed the pressure hoses incorrectly and the problem was easily corrected but they would check out the system to insure that the rest of the system was ok. In a couple of hours I got another call that all was ok but the machine was due for a transmission service which I approved. Later that day several more calls were made to keep me informed of progress and let me know the repairs were completed and they were loading up to deliver it. In two hours the Huber employee phoned me to let me know he was on his way and would it be ok if they left it running during the trip as it was -30c and may not start to unload. Approx. ten min before his arrival I received a call letting me know he would arrive soon and he did. the invoice was exactly what service said it would be. What an wonderful experience dealing with Huber Equipment and all their staff. I have been in this automotive and machinery for about 40 years and the service provided is an example for all of us as to how it should be.
