Ordered some chai lattes and didn't ask for any sugar. The drinks were disgustingly sweet BLECH! I told them I didn't ask for sugar and the manager told me lattes are supposed to be sweet and if I wanted ones that were not sweet I would have to buy new ones.... Terrible drinks and customer service....

They have great sandwiches here. Good spot to hang out for a chat too, not as loud as some of the other coffee shops.
